Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
– $8 flat rate or FREE on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
– $15 flat rate
Next-Day Shipping (1 business day)
– Rates calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Local Pickup (Atlanta Only)
We offer free local pickup from our Atlanta studio! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Pickup hours:
Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM
Location: Decatur, Atlanta
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to ship quickly, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out to us at support@alzarif.us
