What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping within United States. For all international orders we leverage DHL and UPS shipping partners. Depending on your location, you may be able to choose between different shipping options at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

How can I track my order?

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes or cancel orders after they’ve been submitted. However, you can reach out to us at support@alzarif.us, and we’ll try to assist if possible.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We keep our online store updated in real-time, so if an item is available for purchase, it’s in stock! However, if an item sells out, it will be marked as “Sold Out” on the website, and you won’t be able to add it to your cart. You can opt to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Local Pickup (Atlanta Only)

We offer free local pickup from our Atlanta studio! Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
